Our Story
Several years ago we went into business with Stephanie’s father to grow a family legacy that could be passed on to our children and grandchildren. Today we are growing that vision and using our experience and the team of cleaning and maintenance professionals to offer quality, responsive, care free Property Management.
Knowledge and Expertise
Stephanie is a licensed Property Manager and has been handling the entire range of issues of renting properties for several years. Her goal is to create lasting relationships with our guests and hosts by providing personalized service, accessibility and accountability. Her experience with partner sites such as VRBO, Airbnb, Furnished finders, and back end management sites like Lodgify have provided her the tools needed to handle most any issue that may arise. Her 26 years experience as an Insurance Broker has honed her skill in finding the right fit for the right people. Not to mention the marketing experience necessary to target the correct areas for your property
Todd has been in some form or construction most of his life be it a primary job or side job. It started in 1984 when his family home caught fire on Christmas day and his father decided to handle the demo work himself along his unsuspecting oldest son. It continued when the family moved to North Carolina and his father decided to build a house on his own…again with his oldest son as his reluctant assistant, at least this time the younger ones ended up involved as well. Todd’s journey continued as a Project Manager for a disaster recovery and construction company and then moved to IT and began working in commercial IT infrastructure. As a Project Manager he oversaw small to commercial sized installs that utilized his construction, IT, security, and consulting background.

Knowledge of the area
While our current focus is the North Myrtle Beach and surrounding locations our experience ranges from Pawleys Island South Carolina to the Outer Banks of North Carolina our team has been there and understands the market in each location. We are centrally located on the Southeastern Coast of North Carolina. If our experienced and contracted cleaning or maintenance crews can not respond fast enough we deploy ourselves for damage control and Issue management.
If your guests need recommendations for food or fun, we have curated a large list of great food, mostly by type and pricing. We have also found local fun things to do in every location by monitoring social feeds, getting out and finding them, and personally attending local events. Our social media gurus (our kids) take pride in scouring all the latest social media sites and posts so that when you book with us, you will receive the latest and greatest options available.
If you are outside of our immediate area, and do not currently have arrangements with local service suppliers, we can utilize the contacts we currently have in place for cleaning, maintenance, emergency HVAC and all the things that come with managing a property on the coast that can be time-consuming.
