This comfortable living area provides leather reclining couch and chairs a 55 inch screen TV for the best game or movie nights with family and friends. Access to the private screened porch with a wonderful tree top view where you can have a cup of coffee in the mornings, listen to the birds and the ocean waves, or sit out at night with your favorite beverage and relax.

A fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker capable of brewing a single pod (reusable pods provided) or a full pot of drip coffee. There are enough place settings, silverware, glasses/mugs for 8 people. Pots and pans, baking sheets, toaster and a coffee corner with coffee and tea are also provided.
